2018 Chatterton's Shiraz

18 months in barrels
This shiraz was created in Barossa Valley, Australia.
Fermented in open-top concrete tanks. It has been pumped over twice daily and basket pressed. Wild malolactic fermentation occurs in the barrel and is matured in new French oak barriques for 18 months prior to bottling. Fining and filtration have not occurred.
A savoury and spicy full-bodied wine with an inky purple crimson colour.
Can be enjoyed for the next 30 years!
