Furmint Com Löss is the most Northernly planted Furmint in Austria. The roots of the wine lie in the Wagram wine region, where rare grape varieties can be found. The grape sorting is manual.
The spontaneous fermentation of the wine means that DIWALD's close relation with nature allows them to interfere as little as possible in the cellar.
This variety of Furmint is a true diva, needing special care as it shows its hot-blooded Hungarian origin.
A wine with crispy dryness, with only 1 gram of sugar. There are tangible notes of citrus, honeydew melon and a present minerality. A pleasant acidity can be felt.
