The wine is located on the edge of Erdőbénye, which offers a wonderful view of the village and the surrounding vineyards. the fields are on steep ground, so the topsoil is being washed away by erosion. Thanks to its eastern exposure, it is the perfect home to make
dry, elegant furmints. the wine is harvested in the first week of October.
The wine is made with whole bunch pressing, one night of cold gravitation sedimentation. The must Ferments in 500 liter Hungarian oak barrels. Ageing on fine lees and in the same barrels for 6 months.
Fruity aromas combined with the structure and texture of
the hungarian oak barrel. Complex wine with crispy acidity and mineral aftertaste.
Drinking temperature is preferably 10-12 degrees
