Tasting Note
The same wine can be found as a red – both made with the Grenache Noir grape. The must is removed from the skins to prevent the them from giving any colour. Yet the origin of the grape cannot be denied. D’acco is a full-bodied and almost oily, aromatic white Grenache made by Olivier Paul-Morandini. These Tuscan wines are served at restaurants with both 2 and 3 Michelin-stars in both Belgium and France.
Not a lot of people notice that the Fuori mondo wines are based on a no- or low-intervention method because the wines are so "clean", elegant and mineral-like, therefore we believe the name "the Lafite-Rothschild of nature wines" is not unrealistic.
