2020 Riesling J.J. Class
The house's favourite riesling!
These Riesling grapes grow in the Weshofener Morstein. The quality is very high and they are pressed gently after they have rested overnight post-harvest.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously without adding pure yeasts. The Riesling remains on the full yeast until bottling in April.
The nose of apples, pears and herbs can be seen in this wine. A juicy and mineral feel balances the wine harmoniously.
6.6 gr/L acidity
Optimum drinking temperature is 10 degrees.
