You are looking for a wine to go with red meats, wild game and aged cheeses. 


Red grapes following the IGT guidelines, foreign grape varieties are allowed to be added. 

(Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara - typical of the Valpolicella Classico-zone)


48 months of ageing in oak barrels 

6 months of ageing in bottle



The curated selection of grapes are handpicked when they are fully mature and then partially dried, appassimento, until mid-January. 


After the appassimento-process, the grapes are vinified and the must is then transferred into dedicated barrels to ferment on the skins for approximately 40 days. '

Tasting Note

The wine has an intense ruby red color, with a forest fruit and wild cherry nose and is luscious and complex on the palate. 

Technical Details

16,5% alcohol

Drinking temperature is preferably 17-18 degrees

open 2 hours before serving.
